Jennifer spent 25 years in higher education student services at the University of Alaska and Colorado State University before transitioning into executive coaching, career coaching and management consulting full time. She was the cofounder of the CSU Career Management Center and developed and taught MBA Career Management courses for early career, online, and executive MBA’s for 14 years. She is an expert contributor of the book “Practical Strengths: Career Success” and author of the upcoming book “Creating a Strengths-Based Career.” Jennifer is based in Colorado.
In addition to her commitment to the strengths-based philosophy, Jennifer’s coaching approach is rooted in active listening, positive psychology, the science of happiness, and a belief that taking proactive strategic action is always possible. Favorite motivational authors/speakers include Brene Brown, Arthur Brooks, and Mel Robbins.
