Professional Background:
Tom’s leadership coaching draws on a career that began as a Big 4 financial auditor and evolved into accounting leadership and cross-functional communication in the manufacturing industry. These roles gave him firsthand experience building organization-wide relationships, aligning diverse teams, and simplifying complex information for actionable understanding. More recently, Tom has focused his attention full-time on helping people discover leadership insights and clarify the next steps in their journeys.

Tom takes a personalized approach to development, recognizing that individuals are as complex as the leadership issues they face. With certifications in the CliftonStrengths assessment, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect competency model, he partners with clients to bridge the gap between their natural strengths and workplace demands, empowering them to lead authentically by leveraging their unique talents, personality, and values for greater impact and effectiveness.
